- Spacious fenced patio (36 square meters) facing south with outdoor furniture.
- Private parking for 2 cars.
- The guesthouse can accommodate a total of 6 guests. It features two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, and bedside table with a lamp. Additionally, there is a sofa bed (140x210cm) in the living room. All windows are equipped with blinds and curtains.
- Fully equipped kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine and regular coffee machine.
- The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine, drying rack and vanity with space for towels and other bathroom essentials.
- The living room has a sofa bed, desk, 2 comfortable armchairs, and a TV with AppleTV and Chromecast connected. In the living room, there are also some toys for small children to play with. Various board games and books are also available.
- Free and fast Wi-Fi.
- There is both central air conditioning in the guesthouse and radiators in every room for a pleasant indoor environment.
- There is a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and a first aid kit available.
- There is a safety deposit box.
- Your pet is very welcome as well with an additional fee of 500 SEK per visit.

Perfect location to explore the Falsterbo area, a detached property set in a forested area with shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive. Keys were in a key safe so easy to access whatever time you check in and house fully equipped with everything you need. A tray of teas and snacks was provided on arrival.

Tolles Häuschen mit allem was man zum wohlfühlen braucht 👍alles super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr nette Gastgeber, welche nebenan wohnen. Wir haben selten eine so perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung erlebt 👌 und auch unser Hund war willkommen.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einem weitläufigen Waldgebiet, der nächste Strand ist nach einem Spaziergang oder mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen.

Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang in einem gemütlichen Haus! Die Vermieter haben aufgrund des Wetters schon einmal geheizt, auf dem Tisch stand ein kleines Willkommenspaket. In dem Haus waren allen Dinge, die man fürs tägliche Leben gebraucht hat, vorhanden. Auch die Umgebung war wunderschön…
